Returns Policy

We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase from Phoenix Phones. However, if you need to return an item for any reason, our policy is outlined below:

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to return a phone to us. To be eligible for a return, the device must be in the same condition as shipped and include all original packaging and contents.

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the postage costs to return a phone back to us. We recommend sending returns via tracked shipping for security. Once received and inspected, we will issue a full refund of your original purchase price minus the shipping charges.

Return Process

To begin a return, email our support team at support@phoenixphones.com with your order details. We will provide instructions on how to properly pack and ship the return to our facility.

Once the return is received, we will inspect the device to verify all components are undamaged and included. Assuming it meets requirements, a refund will be initiated within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

If you would prefer to exchange your phone for another model, please place a new order for the replacement item. Initiate a return on the unwanted phone as described above. Once we issue your refund, simply keep the new phone you ordered.
